Applications :

Rotech Ball Check Valves are ideally designed to prevent undesired backward flow of :

Principle :
The heart of this valve is a reinforced rubber ball. The unique design of the valve allows free movement of the ball. The ball moves to open position when the pump starts and allows free flow of liquid without and interference ( Fig: A). As the pump stops the ball seats firmly against metal seat due to its own weight and back pressure of the liquid (Fig : B).

This results in a DROPLESS sealing.

Advantages :

Rotech Ball Check Valves have various advantages compared to Conventional no-return valves. Some of them are listed below (for more precise comparision, please refer to brochure)
	Low Head Loss, due to light free flowing rubber ball
	Perfect Sealing, as sealing face is deposit free, since it remains incline in any position
	Solid Handling Capacity, clear passage, equal to the nominal valve diameter gives larger solid handling capacity
	Self Cleaning, any deposit formed on the ball are removed due to the rolling of the ball in operation
	Non-Clogging Nature, as no moving part other than the free ball
	Low maintenence, as abrasion resistance of rubber ensures longer life
